I picked up one of the MasterFan wall mounted 750mm industrial fans from IndustrialClearance the other day for $83 shipped
    https://industrialclearance.com.au/shop/categories/cooling/i…

    Usually around $250 at Repco:

  • 3 speeds at 280w… I feel like you'll never be happy with the selected speed unless you want insane power and noise at the same time.

Bunnings have the same thing with 19 speeds.

  • Is this suitable for for outside?

    • Yes it can be mounted outdoor, as long as it is away from any water.

      • That means it is not suitable for outdoor use…
Outdoor electrical equipment need to have an IP rating !

I think he means in an alfresco area. Outside, but undercover.

  • These are loud!!!

If anyone is thinking of mounting this inside and being able to watch tv or sleep, think again.

Industrial fans move a lot of air, and for purpose are great. I have one mounted on the wall in the garage and works a treat.
But no way I'd be mounting this inside (just in case anyone out there is considering this as a normal household fan).

    • Agree.
I have the above one in my patio and on the lowest speed (1/3) it is a little louder than i would have hoped for. Not annoyingly loud but definitely a noise that you cant ignore/tune out

  • Do you have a 2nd and 3rd picture showing side and back of the fan, also does it include the fittings to mount the fan
