Any view on the property manager "Different" for Sydney property. They are relatively cheap $100 incl GST per month. Unlike traditional property manager use lot of tech which i can understand will work nicely for maintenance/ledger. My concern is primarily around leasing as they seem to have 2-3 people who run all over Sydney ! Looking for views from anyone who has used them.
Related to that how did people find moving from one property manager to another - is it seemless process? Any pointer for things to watch out for.
