The energise ones are best, more protein per serve. The normal liguid ones contain more sugar.

  Most healthy ones are the reduced sugar ones which are also on sale atm.
  
  Though if you really want a much better alternative, it's to blend Oats, Fruits of your choice, Peanut Butter, Milk and Whey protein which is essentially the same thing but a more healthy option.

    Blending fruit turns it into the same thing as adding the amount of sugar that the fruit contains.
