Touchscreen for flight simulator

Need some suggestions as I am going around in circles

Basically I am looking for a touchscreen setup to run a flight simualtor Panel via network.

So I need a seperate pc/laptop

Ideally something above 15inch, can’t decide between a all in one, 2 in 1 or something else

Happy for a refurb unit as really done want to spend more than $500-$600 dollars

Should I get an all in one? 2 in 1 or something else

P3D. It’s just to run one overhead panel as the actual sim will be on my main computer

A used touch AIO should do you nicely. I've got a 23" HP touchscreen for our point of sale, which cost us $300. However, it's not an AIO (so PC cost is additional) and I haven't seen one since.
