getting a error with Bonus Watch GT (Via Redemption) https://www.huaweipromotions.com.au/promotions/huawei-mate20…

I enter my IMEI number and get a error, I know its right, I have contacted Huawei and live chat and phone called them, no help.

live chat did say it was a valid IMEI number, so I have no idea and yeah they dont know why its not working.

Seems rather odd

I get This IMEI doesn't exists

Bought mine today from JB and blue version.

Soooooo also the other promo they have running, the ear plugs also does not work… sooo something is really wrong here, not sure what to do..

WORKS NOW!

              @Ughhh: He seem confused and said he will look into it than came back with nothing. Than i said I will go return the phone, than that freaked him out Lol. He said it will be looked into but it just seems strange so I hope someone else comes along that has tried doing this promo

    Any zero's as O's, or capital I (i) as lower case L's or 1's, etc? The promotion page says you can find the IMEI in the settings, so see if you can apply on your phone and copy-paste the IMEI directly from there onto the promotion page?

      there are letters in this? thought it was just numbers and yes we did that still no luck.

        Also, redemptions only just opened today, and Australia is GMT+10 (+11 with daylight savings) so their systems might not be open yet.
