  • seems like a good price, the lowest price I can find everywhere else is $61

  • we want USB-c variant

  • +1

Remember when the "fit" in this device's name was because it was small enough that you could fit it into a usb and leave it there? This version is huge in comparison to the original ones.

    • Are you thinking of Sandisk Cruzer Fit?

    • Agreed, the original one was much smaller. Great drives, I keep one in the coin section of my wallet. They are still available, but considerably more expensive:

It would be even better of a manufacturer would produce one with a metal end-cap instead of plastic. I have both Sandisk and Samsung FIT drives, but on the Sandisk one, the plastic has come loose.

      • oh right, i forgot about that one…ignore my comment above!

  • Now if only laptop computers had a recessed USB port or two, so you could leave one of these plugged in, alongside the dongle for your wireless mouse.

  • is this similar to the ones that you were talking about

    https://www.amazon.com.au/SanDisk-128GB-Ultra-Flash-Drive/dp…

    • I'd be wary of that one. The USB plug is made of plastic, and there is no dust cap, so it won't be very durable. The older Sandisk ones had a standard metal USB connector: https://www.amazon.com.au/SanDisk-Ultra-SDCZ43-128G-GAM46-Ne…

I have one of the older Sandisk ones, it has lasted well being stored in the coin section of my wallet, but now the plastic bit that you grab to pull it out is loose. I'm going to try and fix it with some 24-hour Araldite.

  • Got one of these last time they were on sale. No issues what so ever. Are extremely small, so have lost it a few times in my bag.
