Does any suggestion for a budget phone that have nfc?
Maybe around $200?

Nokia 3 is really budget and has NFC - and just last month, there were deals selling them for around $90.
At the moment it has gone back up to $179 - e.g woolworths. Not sure how soon the half-price deals will come back.
Seems like the 3.1 does not have NFC - so be careful if you are getting one.
