New iPad Pro with Optus

I order I pad pro on 28 Nov with optus. I haven't got it till now. They said it will take 4-6 weeks since stock shortage. They still have no clue on stock. It almost close to 2 months. Any one having same experience?

      • I'd call and tell them you want to cancel the order. It hasn't been fulfilled so shouldn't be an issue. Threaten to go to the TIO if they have an issue. Then go to a apple store and you can probably walk out with one the same day. If there was a bonus data deal, then ask the consultant over live chat to put a note about that.

        I just did a mock order on Apple.com/au and got delivery for the 25th Jan so there is no stock shortage they've cocked something up more likely.

        I'd also try calling the Optus stores in your area.

    keep complaining to all different departments through different channels

    you'll most likely end up with 2 ipads a month later

    then we'll see thread post something like "Received 2 Ipads from Optus, what should i do"

  • I ordered through Optus, for told 1 week delay.. then got confirmation email and it said 2 weeks minimum. Went to a store and they say 3 weeks.. cancelled order, walked into Telstra and walked out with iPad pro 11 256 30 minutes later.
