Looking for a Phablet for Dad to Drive Uber < $400

I'm looking for a big which is 6inch plus in display so that dad can see the map when he's driving uber.

Any suggestions for phone <400 would be appreciated thanks.

Make sure it has a decent GPS if that is it primary purpose. Some cheaper phones can be flakey in this area.
