Cheapest Long Expiry Sim Card for Apps

Hi all! Please suggest which is the cheapest long expiry Sim card (365 Days or more?).
Fyi, I don't need to make phone call, don't need data, don't need SMS,
I just need a new number for apps liked Wechat, whatsapp… etc.

    I use Aldi for $5 / year first year and $15 afterwards iirc. TPG had the old $1/month PAYG plan but idk if it exists still

        Can also go Aldi $5 and year and then port to Amaysim a year for $10 then back to Aldi $5, etc … or Aldi $5 every year if you don't need to keep the number.
