I bought it, tried it for 30 minutes and then returned it the next day.
Usually have 60 days change of mind (any reason) return policy.
It certainly won't be high end or have same performance as much more expensive models. Not everyone's hearing is equal too, so it may sound terrible and annoy tf out of some, whereas others will listen to it and think it sounds just fine.
I would just buy, try it out yourself return if not happy, full refund.
Yes, I was well aware of the 60 day return policy, that's the main reason I took the risk after reading the bad reviews. I knew it wouldn't cost me money, just time and nuisance, if it turned out a dud.

You'll find plenty of bad reviews if you google. They were right.
I only bought in the hope that this year's version would be improved from previous ones. It would appear it still is exactly the same.
I compared it to my Logitech Mini Boombox. That tiny device (size of a fist) managed to outperform the soundbar when it came to base and got fairly close in everything else. That soundbar is a waste of money.
