North Lakes also had "Shadow of the Tomb Raider" at $24.97. I got the last copy of that for Xbox One. Didnt check PS4 stock levels.
Only other game I was considering was State of Decay 2 on XB1 for just under $10.
How come this game is so cheap so soon? I've heard nothing but good things. Anyone know if there's online stores/places that deliver that have had a price similar to this?
I think it’s because there are simply too many AAA Titles in the last quarter, e.g. Spider man, RDR2 etc. Also some highly anticipated titles coming soon like Resident evil 2.

Yes …or go in with someone who is a member. they will need to scan there card at checkout as well so don't just ask some random at the door if you can go with them :-)
They failed to spell Odyssey in the receipt.
Might just be their shortened version. e.g. Assassin's isn't spelt correctly either

Just came back from Costco Adelaide (SA), there was no deal like this unfortunately.

I went to Costco Ringwood today, manage to get a copy of shadow of tomb raider PS4 at $25 (4 copies left). However there's no stock for a.creed odyssey.
Same price at North Lakes (QLD), so should be nation wide. North Lakes had PS4 and X1 copies.
