Why is it linked to an auction site? Domain banned?

  • rep, just wondering do you have ABN?

    • ABN Lookup

ABN status: Active from 21 Dec 2009

Looking at Rep's posting history, I'm guessing that the domain was blocked because he hasn't been getting enough + votes and therefore received a temporary ban.

      • This popped up last night but one of the mods knocked it on the head coz the reps exceeded their weekly posting limit! ;)

  • Trying to circumvent the rules by linking to a different site = a neg from me.

  • Gotta respect da roolz, brah! A neg from me too.

OEM drives are $26, and who needs the retail version of a drive anyway? All you get is a half-baked version (in terms of features available) of a half-baked-to-begin-with program like Nero.

<gripe>Nero used to be good when all it did was burn discs. It went down the tubes when they realised they were a redundant company as they'd run out of features to add. That was the point where they began coding junk like nero scout (which, when I last tried, installed itself even when the installer was told not to install it)</gripe>

Otherwise, staticice also says $30 for a retail drive is available at several other stores.

Darn tootin'! Last version of Nero I tried to install was simply awful. They tried to make it be everything, it was adding so many apps I was worried it was gonna uninstall Windows & install some weird NerOS (which I'm sure the evil geniuses in their R&D dept are working on even as we speak)!

I use CDburnerXP now, it's not only free, but it's everything the good old Nero used to be! :)
