It's an interesting comparison (apples vs. apples) of how much each business sells with Scoopon outselling 3x the amount of Zizzle.
Interesting, from all the complaints about Scoopon in the forum alone, one would think the subscriber list/ number of buyers would be decreasing. Considering Scoopons brilliant customer service, I would rather purchase it from zizzle or alternatives to Scoopon =\
You would think so. But bad press or not, its certainly increasing and more so then many of the smaller players. Having COTD to piggyback off also helps greatly. The big get bigger I suppose.
remember that not that many buyers have seen ozbargain, and if they have, they may have scoopon in their good book
So we all should be the evangelist for ozbargain to educate the masses!!
personally i'd but off other site before scoopon. but worth for me still got to be spreets!
I would buy off any of the other major sites before scoopon.
i'd support the smaller zizzle before scoopon, but spreets has to be the worst of them all.
Just an update with about 45 minutes until the deal closes.
Scoopon has 100 sales vs Zizzle's 35, or 2.85 times the amount of sales. Would be interested in a similar comparison of a Scoopon vs. one that advertises on TV (Cudo/Ourdeal).
Note that the Scoopon is a side deal as well now. Less exposure

What would be interesting is the 3 main players : Spreets, Cudo and Scoopon
All about the traffic and subscriber base really. Dare I guess, Scoopon probably has more then 3 x the subscribers as Zizzle, so its conversion is actually low when you think of it that way :)
