I got the same code in a receipt today and thought to submit this deal, seems like it is a long running offer.
Doesn't work.
You have had to email Woolworths Support and tell them to manually put the 1500 points on.
Neither my Dad, nor I, got the points for this after waiting one month, on seperate accounts and using the SMS.
Once we emailed them, they did this in two days!

Looks like that's the equivalent of $7.50 off a shop but your $10 off shop only unlocks at 2k points.
