  Accurate readings. Has chart which shows the change in the barometric readings over time. That is important to predict any change of weather

  Not sure why this app needs to know my location to read the barometer. It’s nice that it’s free, but looks like a data collection app in the end. My advice is the block location access for this app.

    One of its advertised features is:

    Sea Level Adjusted Pressure

    Therefore, wouldn't it need your current location to be able to look up your sea level for this? Sea level varies by location. https://www.esri.com/news/arcuser/0703/geoid1of3.html
