I'm processing return of my recent purchase of iPad cover, sold by Amazon, value $29.95 due to permanent stain on the cover. On return window, there is option to either exchange or refund. There is option to exchange to: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler 8 AM4 YD270XBGAFBOX $478.69.
Note below the item: Tax and shipping fees may apply. Exchange items are sent at the same delivery speed as the original item.
In the bottom it says:
Before we place an order for your replacement or exchange:
[Tick box] I agree to send the original item(s) back within 30 days or I will be charged the original price using Visa ending in XXXX.
What does this mean? I get that AMD for $30?
Google a bit can't find similar case out there.
UPDATE: Just try again after an hour of inactivity, the exchange option is not there anymore, only giving option of either refund or credit. I've already reported this glitch to customer service via chat.
It's a glitch, you can try your luck, but it'll likely be caught before it's shipped out.
