    I can only speak from personal experience, however, I received their Kickstarter TicWatch S followed by their TicHome Mini, and both have worked without issue in the year or so I've had them.

      I've got the TicWatch Classic and haven't had a single problem so far. Wear it maybe 4-5 times a week as well.

        I've been wearing the pro for 6 months and it's great. The secondary LCD screen is so handy. It's a really good price for really decent Smart watch. I find I'm charging it every second day with all.options turned on.
