Zapals Cheat "Beware"

Dear ozbargainers,

I am posting because, i feel i got cheated, I want to draw your attention towards cheating happen to me on Zapals

Before 3weeks I ordered wireless ear buds from zapals… and paid full amount using my debit card. But after 3 weeks the status shows "PROCESSING"

I have tried to contact customer support but no one responding… sent many emails to their contact us email [email protected]
But no hopes… Even I created ticket.

Even many items I paid for postage charge for freebies but none of them I did received so far … Even after 3 months…

Please be careful about buying anything from Zapals you will lose your hard earned money simply. I don't want same thing happened to other people.

    Might want to change your title and all references to Zapals, not **ZAPLES*

    Even many items I paid for postage charge for freebies but none of them I did received so far … Even after 3 months…

    If I paid for something that I didnt receive after 3 months, I would be trying to get my money back through however you paid (open a case?) and I definitely wouldn't be putting any other orders through like you have.

      I would have agreed with you and also defended them a few months back. However, this time they did not respond to my 3 emails I have sent. I have orders going back 6 months not received yet.
      Have a look at their Facebook page and you will see. They are history.

        Ah damn. I'll keep an eye out and stick to lower value/non-essential purchases from them for a while.

    More like; Beware I don't learn from past experience.

    Why would you keep going back to the same dodgy place?

    Fool me once shame on you, fool me again, again, and again……well, you get the idea.

    Sucks this has happened to you, justmex. As another user recommended, I’d suggest you double-check the address you had on your account. Also check your spam email in case Zapals has emailed - this happened to me twice where they just wanted to confirm my shipping details.

    As with most cheap goods / internationally serving stores, the service is very slow - you might have to wait even long for the freebies to arrive. Also double check if the money has actually been drawn from your debit card. Hopefully customer service replies soon.

      Some of them freebies I received but not all I paid…

      And it was all the time debited from my debit card.

      my address is correct… as a proof I received some items.

    I have FOUR open tickets with zapals for non arrivals.

    An earlier non arrival was credited to my account to use within a month. Being one of the 'freebis' with postage only (cough - sullbhit) cost the 2nd condition was that I couldn't use it on a freebie. So the only way I could use my credit was to but something else and add to the cost. At least the postage would have been free. :-)

    One of the parcels that did arrive was empty. So I got what I paid for I suppose, it was a freebie with 'postage only' cost.

    So paypal is my next stop as no tickets have been answered from zapals.

    buyer beware…zapals are untrustworthy and should be banned from ozb…far too many ozb members have not received the vast majority of these 'freebies' (pay postage only deals) & promos
    1 out of 5 orders received here (all purchased oct-early nov last year)…first order was fulfilled and all subsequent orders non delivered. 4x paypal claims pending…

    I've received 25 out of 33 items that were shipped. Since they've switched to using China Post again, instead of Badatong, most purchases should arrive. Badatong was very unreliable.
