Since owning this machine I've had an ongoing issue with it leaking water. It will be fine for a while and then it starts again. Replacing the water tank with a new one makes the problem go away. It's up to it's 4th one now and has been sent back for repair once which again was diagnosed as a leaking water tank.
The warranty is a few months from running out and I can see an ongoing issue here. Does anything think I have good reason to ask for a new machine ?
I'm not sure how to push Nespresso on this issue, when I ring the support people while helpful they duck the issue.
Ongoing issue, take it back and get a refund. If you are up to your 4th replacement, getting to the end of your warranty isn’t going to magically fix it. It sounds like a dud unit.
I would not even entertain a new, identical machine. I would be looking at a totally different brand or model if this one has had so many issues. And I would say with so many failures to the same part over time, you would be well within your rights under ACL to ask for a refund.
