When Coles or Woolies have 50% store wide, there will be chaos.
I bought homebrand long grain rice last time and quite liked it. Why is medium grain twice the price (WW homebrand)?

Because we are in a drought and the Rice farmers already siphoned off as much water as they could?
Been waiting over a month, almost out of white rice (been eating most brown lately), thank you for sharing this deal!! I’m also disappointed with the slow price increase, but can’t really do much about :(
Did you also notice that the white and brown medium grain 5kg Sunrice base price has increased at Coles? They used to be the same price about $13ish, but now the base price of white medium grain is $16 compared to the $13.50 for brown medium grain.
Best to wait for 50% off $12 deal… They have it for that price about once a month…
