My old LF licence mid 2006 is expired though its not showing any expiry date.
I urgently need one cheap & quick in melbourne southeast.I am still driving occasionally at work.I heard their is some govt rebate forklft courses avaiable can anyone guide me accordingly. My work is not paying for it instead offer me only time off.

Apparently:
The rebate is for forklift licence classes only. While each licence holder is responsible for their own assessment and licence costs, eligible employers can nominate up to three (3) employees per workplace to receive the rebate for successfully obtaining their forklift licence.
You'll need your job to nominate you to receive the rebate.
I did mine here. 2 day course cost me $400 because I was flexible with when I could do it.

I don’t know about a rebate, but you can claim it on tax.
License will cost another $70
Edit: you can probably get away with a 1 day refresher course. Not sure of the pricing on this, but bay train was the cheapest in se Melbourne when I was looking.
