I have an up coming trip to a HK in a few days and I'm planning to take an Express train to Kowloon.
I was wondering if anyone has use klook before to book for their tours, train tickets and Disneyland etc..
I would appreciate if you can share your experience with these guys and whether it is safe to book with them?
Also, is there any other/similar tour provider that you've used whilst or can recommend?

Yeah on my recent trip to HK booked all I could through Klook. Getting the train tickets is an easy pickup at the airport before you jump on. I think I got train pass, SIM card and 2x other tour related things to pickup from the booth. Otherwise most is just a QR code to scan at the front desk.

The things you guys booked via klook was it an instant confirm? Like lets just say I'm at the location and decided last minute I want to book with them or do you need to do in advance? i.e. Going to a museum to get a ticket, buying a ferry ticket. etc.
Instant, usually though for tour bookings you have to select a time to do so. Say every 15m or so. Didn't come across any there were standing outfront book it now kinda deal. Did buy stuff on the same day though.
Used them couple of times for attractions in Thailand. Didn’t have a problem.
