About 3 months ago I changed to WestPac a Credit Card after quite a bit of research. The T&C are changing on 1 March 2019 and they send me a page and a half of small print about changes happening to 5 or 6 different cards, and none of them match the name on my CC, similar but different. So why include a letter with my statement that doesn't affect me? Time to change banks again??

What did Westpac say when you called them and asked for clarification?
They asked something like how much my car cost and something about high yield investments.
How dare they keep you abreast of changes at the bank. Post a thread on OZB and changing banks is the right thing to do! I'd consider writing to the financial ombudsman, royal commission, APRA, you local state and federal member of parliament and calling ACA (I think some other people here have the hosts direct number).
You should be required to do an IQ test prior to posting Ozbargain imo
do the changes affect the WEstpac altitude black and altitude amex cards?
