I've substituted with Cocolada in cocktails before - $14.99 a bottle
It's a coconut liquer, whereas Malibu is sold as a coconut flavoured RUM.
I haven't noticed the difference in flavour, but haven't tried both side-by-side. No complaints from others, either.
