Best Budget 24" Monitor (HP VH240a Not Available?)

So I've been looking at a dual-monitor setup for a home office. A few websites mention the HP VH240a as a good budget pick, however I cannot seem to find this for sale from any Australian store - not even the HP Australia Store.

Does anyone know what the deal is? Is it just a model that will never be sold here?
Failling that, what is a good alternative 24" monitor with a thin bezel?

      They have been great for me… but my use is just home office, no gaming.

        @Giraffe: That's good to hear. My use too is home/office but with some casual gaming. Too bad dell outlet doesn't have any good deals at the moment. Not ready to spend $179 for a refurb.
