Guys first thing - Do I really need home alaram system in my 1 year old house. So far I did not have issues though.
If yes can you please tell what are best and cheap products?
I don't want to spend more money and soon my house will be locked for my vacation.

I agree with pegaxs. Surveillance on a recording system and locks to windows and doors. Having said that an alarm or even a good fake alarm or camera case to outside will deter to some extent a burglar. If there are 2 houses side by side and yours has an alarm they will likely go for the one without an alarm as obviously less of a chance to be caught out. However, if someone wants to get in your house an alarm will not deter them, not the locks or anything else. Even cameras wont stome a determined thief.
Also having an alarm inside will keep the burglars in and out of your house as we have one and the internal ones are ear pierciing.
Ensure your house and contents is up todate and the value is correct is probably the min you should do. Have lights on a timer, so it looks like people are in the house while you are away and get mail and junk mail cleaned out.

Better off with good locks on the doors and a surveillance system then you are with an alarm system.
An alarm system is only as good as the monitoring and the availability of someone in the area to come around and catch the people in the act.
At least with a surveillance system, it can be set up similar to an alarm system to send you messages on motion detection and this can be connected to an alarm system. The biggest benefit is that at least you will get photos/videos of the people clearing out your house.
