How Long Huawei Unlock Will Not Be Possible?

So I have been trying some unlocking service online including ebay, to get my Huawei prepaid phone unlocked. Everyone has been telling me that Huawei unlocking server has been down for a while. Does anyone know what server they are talking about? Trying to get Huawei Y6 unlocked. I wonder how long this wont be possible…

    Is the device a HUAWEI Y6 II or HUAWEI Y6? If it's the HUAWEI Y6 II you can DIY and unlock the sim through ADB.

    It is Huawei Y6 2018 Optus locked.

      you need to get it unlocked from Optus then and not Huawei

    Yea was hoping to avoid having to pay 80 bucks. The guys on ebay can do it for around 27$…but they all have to use this huawei server apparently, which is down at the moment.
