Vuly Play Trampolines Recent Experiences?

Hi - I was looking to update our Vuly Trampoline with a larger one and wanted to know if anyone has ordered anything recently from them (like in December/Jan) and received it ok.

Their Facebook page has been taken offline, noone is posting to their Twitter and Instagram (which is also filled with raging customers wanting to know where their order is). Ditto Productreview seems unhappy.

    Have you attempted to contact them directly?
    Barring that - I'd say that is a trifecta of reasons not to purchase from them.

    Just buy it from a stockist and not from them direct and dont pay the full amount until goods in hand

    Just can't bring myself to spend a few grand on a potential horror injury.

  • I ordered an Ultra trampoline before xmas and got it no problems. I actually had a great experience.

    Check out their Google Reviews as well and see if there are people not getting their orders?

  • Be warned about their promotional gear. I received a "free" cover for my vuly lift and it has deteriorated to dust within 1 year. It is now haning in shreds. Common problem if you go by product reviews. Thing is they only give a 3 MONTH warranty on promotional items,so want to charge me over $100 for a supposedly new and improved cover.
