Pod machine broke - time to upgrade.
Can anyone advise is the below deal for 70K+ qantas points is worth it?

Hey I have this machine.
Not sure what that 70k points converts to in $ but I managed to get this machine for around $470 from GG eBay deal.
I had used the Breville barista express before which I think is a better machine for 1 reason only - the grinding function.
This machine you need to press and hold to get your grounds to shoot out to desired level. You can't tap and let it fill up to a predetermined level, which means every shot is different and you need to use your judgement to get the correct amount. Also inconvenient as you need to stand with the machine for 10+seconds.
Other than that it is a great machine, powerful steam wand and seems to do everything it needs to do.
