Last time I ordered these they were sitting in a courier van for 2 days. They use FastWay couriers. Had to get a refund from KK.
How did you find out that they were sitting a courier van for two days? I'd like to avoid this.
Similar thing happened to me. My Halloween donuts were TRASHED! Took photos, emailed them in an eventually got a refund.
I once used the faster (read: different to fastway) couriers on a different order and they arrived perfect.
You should be able to track your order. If it doesn't arrive on the day you scheduled the donuts, Get a refund from KK

I tried one of their chocolate donuts the other day. Never again. Weird taste and you wouldn't even of known it was chocolate. Quite horrid. No wonder I have always avoided this place.
