Double status credits - Velocity/FlyBuys

I only seem to have received 10 status credits from my FlyBuys promotion.. I was expecting double. Has anyone received the correct amount?

Single status credits received only. Must be a generic problem - I expect that it will get resolved.

Check your accounts; I got my double status credits (an extra four credits to to with the four I received earlier on the 5th) today.
