Does anyone know of a good online destination to purchase Ugg Boots?
My understanding is that the authentic (made in Australia) Aussie brands are:
Jumbo UGG (Local) and Koalabi (Imported).
Apparently "UGG Australia" is the American version and I am not too sure about the quality compared to the Aussie versions.
So I am after an online store which sells well-priced authentic UGGS or, failing that, a good source for the American version should someone know that they are a quality product.

Compared to how cheap other things on Deal Extreme, they're certainly costly, and the fact they go and erase the "ugg" from the URL on the box (check the first result :) might mean they're genuine.
If you can find a local sheepskin supplier in your area that makes their own, that's always the best route. Sometimes you'll pay a little more, but conversely sometimes they'll have 2nds that have minor flaws that you wouldn't notice anyway, and if they're just for around the house who cares! :)
Our local is Mortels in Newcastle NSW, awesome quality & decent pricing…once you see them next to "UGG Australia" the diff is chalk & cheese!!! ;)
Personally I wouldn't buy online - you don't always know whether or not they're genuine sheepskin and/or how thick the fur part is going to be. Market's tend to be good for the well priced ugg's.
I bought some from Whooga. They were discounted to $70 for the Original High style (plus postage). They were pretty good…though not for outside wear.

I'm looking for real uggs as well but I'm confused now… Is there a Ugg that is truly Made In Australia that is called Ugg Boots? Or has the Americans taken that name and running it under http://www.uggaustralia.com/ ?
And within this American site, there are links to multiple country's Ugg's.. and here is their so called Australian Ugg site http://www.uggaustralia.com/au/index.aspx and these guys claim they are the real deal and even have a fraud detection hologram thing for the 2010 boots http://www.uggaustralia.com/au/counterfeit.aspx
They also have legit retail stores in Australia… so.. which is which? My wife is just hoping to get some real Made In Australia Uggs back to her parents overseas as a souvenir

Uggs have gotten so expensive. I saw some at a market the other day so you'd think they'd be cheap/er, but the prices were outrageous. When the hell did Ugg go luxe and upmarket? They were always the domain of the moccies and flannie brigade back in the day. Not anymore.
