  Their eBay account is hacked, often happens with older/inactive accounts. The last items they sold was car seats over a year ago.

  Do not purchase, you won't receive anything and will just have to wait for your money to be returned eventually.

  I have reported the item to ebay to avoid others buying it and eventually waiting for their refund due to a hacked ebay account.

  Why do they do this? I belie e if your account is inactive, PayPal does not release funds instantly, you'd have to wait.
