Answered your own question. You pay more for better speed. A slow MicroSD card will be no good if I want to do 4K.
It is cheap, there's no way your getting a Samsung evo plus for "$11-12"

Anyone have experience with this seller? Fake SD cards tend to be pretty common on eBay?
