Where do Ozbargainers get their Pop Vinyls?
Keen on a bunch. But at $19 a pop normally (pun intended), they're pricey as

Pop… .vinyls? Like those miniaturized figurines with oversized heads?
I've seen them but I've always wondered - do they serve any practical use other than just being looked at?
Not really, just like any other figurine collectable.
They are pretty pointless overall, but can appreciate in value if you buy the convention ones.
If you buy the right convention ones, plenty of convention pops worth less than $5.
Big W had them on sale before Christmas at $15 each, plus I used a 10% discount voucher from ozbargain, plus I paid with a 5% discount wish egift card. My kids are obsessed with them.
$15-$20 is retail. Unlikely to get them any cheaper anywhere unless you score like Wizzy did with the Big W deal. You say there's a bunch you want - join a couple of the FB groups and ask on there, people can pretty quickly tell you what you can expect to pay for them. They go up in price relatively quickly, depending on the rarity.
Sanity have 2 for $34 on some at the moment. You just missed JB HiFi, buy two get one free. This worked out to be $12.66 each. Not the most extensive range, they stock mostly the gaming ones but I did pick up three recent Harry Potter ones during that deal.
I'm on the lookout for Oompa Loompa, it's the one I'm missing from the Willy Wonka set.
Collecting these gets out of control, I had to stop collecting the Star Wars ones because there were simply too many and my OCD got pissed off with the fact a set would never be complete.
Last years PAX had them for $5 each.
Amazon US used to be cheaper, especially if you ordered multiple items at once. From memory standard size Funko Bobbleheads are around $10 US, but there is no set price and every figure is different. I have quite a few plastic action figures and bobbleheads occupying bookshelves.

Might be worthwhile pointing out you are in Perth, which might make them more expensive to pick up over there. Plenty of place in Melbourne are selling these at a discount given they aren't very popular anymore.
Although that said, they'd be 10-20% off max and unpopular characters.
