  • Great game. Think I read they've patched out all the micro transaction stuff (which weren't that egregious anyway).

  • Somehow it's not as good as the original, I think the engline is different and combat isn't as fluid or fun. I was disappointed. I also paid $20 so this is a good deal.

Should a CD Key be classified as a deal? I mean some of these sites are pretty damn shady and even the better of them are often filled with stolen card info.

    • Cdkeys is a legit site and not shady

CDKeys is NOT an official reseller and is a bit shady. Hence deals on there are also not posted on Reddit fopr example.

        • Yeah don't worry about trying to talk sense about CD key sites online. The internet fell in love with them years back and the affair has kept up ever since.

Note: I never said this site was bad, just that it probably shouldn't be classed as a deal since similar sites have been found-out for selling keys with stolen credit cards.

    • WillRay92 What research have you done to back up this claim that cdkeys.com have started shady practices? Surely considering how long they have been trading and how many customers they have, attempting criminal offenses on their customers could only be detrimental to their future. What about all of the other apparently no longer legitimate sellers of discounted games online? Are there any we can trust anymore? Please share your evidence.

I never said that this site was shady, I simply said that it probably shouldn't be a deal on here since other sites like it have been found out for selling keys paid for by stolen cards.

G2A has been a mainstay for a long time online, they've been proven to have sold stolen keys and continue to operate.

Ozbargain seems to love this site but are deeply against sites like Kinguin or G2A for some reason. It's weird.

      • Big difference between G2A and cdkeys.com, G2A sell other peoples keys for them, like ebay, people list the key's they want to sell, G2A take a percentage of the sale I believe, and don't care where the keys come from. Cdkeys.com source and sell the keys themselves, big difference between the 2 models, Its like comparing Trump to Obama.

        • The source of the keys are still unknown. There's no reason to assume that the keys are or aren't stolen until they are officially recognized as an authorized reseller by devs/publishers. I'm just surprised that a website like this that boycotts companies over one bad experience are willing to buy from a website that's not an authorized reseller. I have bought from cdkeys several times and they are the most reliable out of any other 'grey market' sites, but they're still grey market.

          • @Ostrk: It's like I said, the internet fell in love with "cheap games" years ago and the honeymoon still isn't over yet. Most of them just don't care where the game came from, as long as it's cheap.
