Located in SA, was quoted about $16,600 for a demo car with 1,000km mileage. Includes 12 months regro and on roads cost and it is white in colour. Is this price reasonable ?

Auto. Manufacturer date is 07/18. Drive away price is $15,990 exclude on roads
Redbook value is $16,990 (manual) to $17,990 (auto) with base paint before on-roads. If you haggle at the right time, you can get that new as drive-away price +/- bonuses.
As a demo, I'd expect less. Lower if the MY just ticked over.
Price quoted is inclusive of on roads cost. Dealer is throwing in free 1 year regro
It's not terrible, but it's a demo so I'd get it independently inspected. Then try to haggle it down to a round $16,500 and get them to toss in some accessories.
Sensible choice of car, but may I ask of all the light cars sold in Australia why choose the one with 6 months servicing and 3years warranty? Everything else has better service intervals (1 yr) and longer warranty (5 yrs or more).
Suzuki has 5yr warranty if the 5yr servicing is maintained through a dealer.
And as an ex-Suxuki salesman, I'd still happily recommend most of their fleet to friends/family.
Check if another dealer will do a new car for the demo price. Demo bonuses on these aren't huge, you might be surprised.
