I contacted the company yesterday to see how my claim was progressing and was told i wouldn't be receiving my gift card due to it being invalid, long story short after some exchanged emails and phone conversations i am now getting the gift card.
Has anyone else had issues or not been notified about the aircon bonus? Seems like they tried to scam me so i'm hoping it hasn't happened to other people.
Thank you, I have read through it all previously and they did not follow there own terms.
Just hoping no one else was affected by this either accidental or purposeful error
What part of their terms didn't they follow?
Term 10. " If a claim is rejected due to an issue with uploading a receipt, Claimants will receive an email with a unique Claim ID and URL where they can resubmit the claim within the redemption period. If a claim is invalidated, Claimants will receive an invalid email notification, with a link to a contact page where they can contact the promoter for more information. "
They never issued me with any emails or notification. This may have a technical issue and may have affected other people or they just never bothered with the emails which seems very scammy.

We have installed many AirCons in the past and I'd say our experience is mixed.
Sometimes it's quick, but sometimes they come out with ridiculous, strange, unreasonable excuses to either slow-down or reject our "application".
There are a myriad of reasons and unfortunately I dont retain much details in my head nowadays. Been decluttered…..
Suffice to say, you need to read ALL the T&C carefully, talk to your Technician, Installer, Supplier, Govt agencies…..
