Airport location only… yet Chatswood Interchange…. make ya mind up :)

    • I'm not in Sydney, and interchange sounds like something at the airport? XD Just googled it and it's a mall! What a strange name for a mall.

      • It got its name due to the fact it is a transport interchange.

The photo said Chatswood interchange… You could've just copied pasta-ed as is (transcribe whatever you wanna call it)

Chatswood interchange is where the bus and train stop is. You go there to change from one mode of transport to another…. And there just so happens there is a shopping centre there too.

I don't recall the soft serve, so it must have been unremarkable.

Of the tarts, I found that the strawberry tastes best frozen, the original was best warm, and the blueberry was best chilled in the fridge.

    • What about the yuzu?

      • We didn't (don't?) have that at my location. :(

  • I love Japanese food!

    • HBCT are not originally a Japanese company - it's a Malaysian company using a Japanese inspired recipe. Still tastes decent, though some "connoisseurs" (elitist snobs? :P) will claim "real" Japanese baked cheese tarts are superior.

  • I thoroughly recommend the soft serve ice cream (both flavours). Well worth a buck.

  • I've found the soft serve to be a massive cheese overdose. Hard to describe, it's like heaps of cold a super creamy cheese. It was too much for me. A friend who loves running cheese in his burger also found it overwhelming.
Considering the price, it's worth a taste.
