Fluidtek have the 500gb Samsung SATA II hard disk drives for $155 each. Only drawback is you must buy 2 or more.
This beats the Nintek price by about 33%!!
These are very good, fast drives - excellent for RAID.

Don't forget … ITESTATE as well~~ their prices are just as good … + they do delivery~~ whereas MSY & Fluidtek don't~~
Hey guys, no retailer bashing please :) We all know where to find the cheapest item — staticICE (and I sometimes use ShopBot). It is a bit pointless to say MSY, Fluidtek or IT ESTATE are the cheapest — tomorrow there will be yet another retailer/reseller with crappy website that offers cheap prices.
So always use price comparison first :)
I think the point is that some retailers post "specials" which are ordinary…..
Worth mentioning also that Fluidtek and some other cheap retailers ARE NOT ON STATICICE
I guess the question gotta be — "why not?" I am amazed that the staticeICE guy managed to parse MSY's website to produce a proper searchable index (or they manually input them in). I wonder whether they can do the same with Fluidtek as well.
I suspect the Fluidtek site is too fluid :)
I like this site BTW Scotty - only just realised its yours - perhaps we could add a negative vote button as well as a positive one, so that crappy "specials" are discouraged?
Request noted. There should be buttons reporting various issues (spam, dodgy deal, expired deals, etc), but I just need to find time to get around implementing those…
Yep fluidtek and MSY probably beat Nintek on pretty mush everything that they sell…. People should always use a price search engine like staticice before buying from any computer retailer to make sure that "deal o a lifetime" isnt actually a rip-off.
