What Does This Mean on My PayPal Statement?

Hi all,
I don't understand the refund process on PayPal well so I was wondering if I could get some advice on what this means. I've never seen a strikethrough on the price.

I purchased a pair of boots from a site a few months ago via PayPal but there wasn't any indication that the boots were coming. I opened a dispute on PayPal to contact the seller who said funds had been taken out of their account because of opening the dispute so they'd rather just refund me. I agreed to which the refund request was fulfilled. However a couple weeks later I see this on my statement.

Does this mean the refund had been cancelled? Or is it still pending?

EDIT: After calling PayPal they confirmed it was a cancelled refund. After talking with a PayPal rep they refunded the amount manually to my account.

    That is odd. All my refunds are green numbers with no strike through, so if I had to guess, I would probably say cancelled refund.

    Can you login to your PayPal account and click on it to get further info? Or check your balance?

      Uploaded a pic of what's there after clicking on it. Doesn't give much info. Balance unchanged too :/

          Eventually someone picks up, you tell them the story, they said "I'll transfer you to the correct team" and you get to the back of the queue again

    it means its been refunded, and therefore the original amount has been crossed out.

    Log into paypal, go to http://www.paypal.com/history, click on All activity (with balance), that will show exactly what's going on with your account.
