Good afternoon
Does anyone know of a good reliable - but above all - cheap fencing contractor in or around Frankston/Dandenong. I have 2 properties which will require fencing in the very near future if not immediately.

I'm not 100% but it could be worth looking at airtasker. I had AC installed recently it was good to go off the reviews.
When I had my backyard done, I got at least 10 quotes and chose the cheapest one. Won’t wish that upon many worst enemy, after about 4 or 5 repairs, the tradie I found on gumtree just ignores my messages and calls so don’t believe their 6 or or whatever years of warranty.
Choosing a tradie is like choosing a wine. Never go the cheapest.

Also probably off topic, but the same applies to phone repairs. Don’t go to the small repair shops no matter how much cheaper they are. Went to one with “lifetime warranty” and the excuse they give are worse than the ones jb or Harvey gives you when refusing a price match.
Yeah, but then you have the cheap wines masquerading as a middle tier wine and that really upsets you when you get those tradies.

I’m surprised you managed to get 10 quotes. Last time I needed a fence done it took forever just to get 2 quotes. Ended up having a 6 week wait for the one I chose, should have got into fencing.
