Musashi protein products appear to be half price.
The protein bar in the title tastes great and is not bad value for $2.82 (half price).
Other flavours available, stock may vary but there is usually stock on shelves in store.

45g is a pretty big hit for your average person, and arguably unnecessary in a single serving.

But if you were to split it in 2, you'd have 2 good portions to consume over a single day.
As a comparison, a 53g Mars bar has 72% of the calories with only 1.7g of protein (vs. 45.9g) but 30.7g of raw sugars (vs. 2.3g)
This:

Energy 1400 kJ (335 Cal)
Protein 45.9 g
Fat, total 6.8 g
- saturated 3.9 g
Carbohydrate 2.3 g
- sugars 2.3 g

Also if you're building muscle you can find recommendations for 1g+ protein per kg body weight

If you're thinking about having them delivered you should perhaps re-think.
I just had some low carb bars delivered from their last sale.
They arrived very poorly packed and had melted into a twisted mess.
I would recommend them to NO-ONE!
Anyone tried these? How do they compare to Atkins or Quest?
Stick with Quest
These taste like cardboard
Thanks for the response mate.
I actually enjoy the choc brownie flavour, and i usually split into 2 snacks. Cheers Op
These are way better than quest!
IMO - Atkins and quest are better.
These taste very “chemically” to me.
Very good price
There's no way you need 45 grams on protein in 1 serving like that.
Sounds like a recipe for diabetes and renal failure.
