If you are looking for Dual SIM with Band 8, 28, as well as extra SD card slot, best value for money (especially if you can find them used)is the Nokia N5.

Ordered this on 1st of Jan and recieved a bloody Garmin watch instead. Description states Samsung Galaxy s9 but I just discovered their hyperlinked item number on the order leads to the smart watch.
Hopefully they fix this stuff off promptly.
