I have a Bauhn (Aldi) 65 inch TV I purchased quite a few years ago. I don't use it much, but when I do I find the audio speakers extremely ordinary on it. This has been noted by others who have this TV set as well. Was wondering if anyone knows a half decent audio bar for around the $150 - $300 mark?
Can pay a little more if it's required.
Yamaha Sound Bars have good reviews. You might find following helpful ? Have look at Yamaha YAS-108 Soundbar & Yamaha ATS-2070B Soundbar (think they are same unit - just different codes for different countries, some reason we get both sold in Aust.): retail shops of Good Guys & Bing Lee at $198 /$199 prices and on their Ebay Shops save extra 5% off those prices ( with coupon P5OFF that expires tomorrow 31/12/2018 ) Also note Harvey Norman have it at $195 - (special expires tomorrow) [retail price is about $300 ?]
Step up from that model maybe Yamaha ATS-2070 with separate Sub Woofer - again check those shops about $399 (CostCo have maybe half price deal on that, have to check - but need membership) (Harvey's have it at $445 special) [retail about $500-$600]

The 2070/2080 are the same as above but come with an external active subwoofer
Seen the 108 as low as $160 though still a good price at $200 (RRP $249)

In case you don't need a soundbar, for the same money you will get MUCH better sound from normal speakers.
There are many second-hand satellite speaker sets that are regularly for sale on Gumtree.
