I Have Not Got My Parcel from Gnoce Jewelry New York

So, on black friday I purchased some items from different stores online, one purchase was from Gnoce New York. It was ridiculous! Ladies stick to Pandora instead! I was interested with the cute charms that are more intricate, but it has been a month now and the frustrating customer service from Gnoce and Fastway is what enraged me most.
When I tracked the parcel after two weeks and it shows that it has arrived in Sydney, but was returned to depot because I missed the delivery, it direct me to a link which tells me to enter the calling card number to arrange another delivery. When I checked at my mailbox there is nothing in it so I could not rearrange the delivery. Then I emailed Gnoce customer service twice with a week in between, no replies whatsoever. I then send an email to fastway about the issue and then they just send me a text directing me to the same link to send another delivery. It is just ridiculous how they do not understand the issue after the explanation I gave. I politely emailed again saying that the issue was I never did get any calling card, I even offered to pick up my items if it is deemed necessary. No replies, I send another email like this a week after, also no replies.
I just lost $150 because of unbeliveably incompetent customer services, who knows where my parcel is and what can I do to retrieve it back? Or just to get a refund? I did pay with paypal so if I can open a case that will be great! Thanks guys

    Fastway courier is the one to aviod as receiver

    • Typically you as the receiver have no choice… i always groan when the tracking clicks over to fastway.

      • I have been to fair trading because the driver just leave the parcel outside of a appartment unit of 400 without calling us, fraud signature and the parcel got stolen.

        I think you also should rise up with them.

    If you want instant replies, call! Especially during xmas time where they're probably flooded with emails.

  • Geez, my local Fastway point is manned during the day, just go talk to them, you can probably pick it up while you are there. Unless it has been returned to the sender.
