I wonder if I buy one and see what happens, paypal will refund me right?

is too good to be true, has got to be a scam right?
but what do I have to lose? doesn't paypal refund buyer?

    last feedback as a seller was "more than a year ago", and 6 months ago as a buyer.

    then suddenly s/he has 10 graphics card for sell.

    Almost certain this is just a scam though. One GPU would be believable, but over 38? That's a strong "bullshit" right there.

    That's a highjacked / compromised account, account was inactive for too long and had it's login credentials taken over by a scammer. Learn to spot the red flags by looking at the feedback history (their account hasn't been used to sell anything in the past year). If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.

    In rare cases PayPal can't always retrieve the money if the scammers have taken the money out. They normally compensate but the risk is still there.

      ebay has done a switch-a-roo with the listing page. The seller's name was ninjay_86. I think the hacked account has actually been deactivated and all the listings have redirects on them that prevent you from seeing the unlisted stuff.
