Hi everyone.
Just wanted your opinion on the following:
I purchased a suitcase from Strandbags about 6 months ago and the hinge has started to fall apart.
I took it back to the store and they said they should be able to repair it - great! Except, they refused to take it as they have run out of space.
They told me to come back on the 16th of January and they will be able to help then. Surely they will sell as least 1 suitcase, they will restock from out the back and then there will be room?
Is this an acceptable response?

UPDATE: They're giving me a refund. I'll bring the suitcase back over the next few days.
Tell them if they can't take it and repair it in a timely manor, than you will just take a refund now. I would imagine a case hinge is a major fault.
