Latency Issue Due to SEA-ME-WE 3 Cable Fault. Any ETA?

It's happened again since October. Does anybody in that industry know of any ETA? Or what exactly happened?

Seems like that new Australia Singapore Cable isn't much use since most ISP's can't/don't use it?

    Wow I had no idea that website existed. I assume it's run by someone who works closely with that cable
